Vintage French Oak Painted Table Parquetry Top Ext to over 10ft French Furniture

A vintage (probably 50 to 60 years old )French solid Oak extending “Table de Versailles” raised on painted heavily carved cabriole legs ending on snail feet, so typically French! ( please note the top comes off and is in three sections, the main parquetry top and the two leaves, for ease of transport).

This handsome table has a square parquetry top with matching extending leaves and a heavily carved apron and cabriole legs ending in snail feet .Painted in Annie Sloan French Linen .All in good solid condition with wear commensurate with age. ( Please note this is an extremely heavy table as it is solid oak)

Seats six comfortably when shut and 10 to 12 when extended in excess of 10ft, making it ideal for those special occasions when a larger table is required;

We have a set of 8 French chairs painted in the same colour that would marry up well with this table.
